Y-Cam Bullet 3fps!!! Any customers can help?

I'm hoping someone can help... I am using Y-cam bullet hd cameras and I can only get them to work using the jpeg format in video device settings which runs at 3fps!!! When I change the format to h.264 it loses the feed and I get the Red Cross!
I have done everything suggested via a few emails and becoming very disheartened.
I even upgraded my router today but it still gives same result!
The lack of phone support means progress sorting this issue out is very slow and very frustrating so any help from the general public out there would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Andy, please check the Log file that resides in your SecuritySpy folder within your Documents folder - this will tell you why the H.264 feed isn't working. The most likely reason is if you have Perian installed on your computer - so if this is the case please remove Perian and this should work. The H.264 feed will give you the full 30fps performance from the camera while the JPEG stream is unfortunately limited to 3fps as you have discovered.
